Director, Finance

As Director of Finance, you will oversee all financial activities and drive financial planning. You will be expert in accounting, financing, and business principles. The role requires both an attention to detail and a strategic sense if something looks right or wrong. You will be responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting, assessing its performance, and advising on risks. The Director will be expected to guide the company in investments and towards long-term profitability and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, the P&L, and its Cash management
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
  • Oversee the company’s finance systems
  • Oversee all audit and internal control operations
  • Advise on corporate fundraising strategy and relationships with partners and investors
  • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines


  • Proven experience in finance
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
  • Proficient in the use of financial management software
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BS/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus
  • CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
