Program Analytics Manager

General Description

The Program Analytics Manager role offers the unique opportunity to work externally with key executives and internally with our analytics, operations and product teams. You will work with key executives at the largest measurement, data and media companies in the world, driving panel based analytics projects from inception to completion. Similar to consulting, you will work on multiple high-impact projects and you will be responsible for both the project and the outcome, from conception to implementation. The primary difference from consulting will be that projects will require a greater level of creativity, use our proprietary data, and will ultimately feed back into and shape the TVision Core Panel and the technology and analytics required to support.

Primary Job Functions

  • Lead the definition, execution and communication for key TVisions Custom Panel projects.
  • Successfully manage peer client relationships
  • Analyze complex datasets, interpret analysis and present findings to executives at key clients
  • Lead client deliverables and deliver insightful analysis on-time
  • Ensure client deliverables are error free, documented and presentable
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to discover new and interesting ways our data can be used
  • Conduct research, lead and co-lead research and marketing presentations
  • Provide insights to client inquiries and deliver high level of service
  • Work with operations, data, product and engineering teams to communicate custom panel needs and provide feedback into Core Panel features and management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BS/MS in a related field, MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, research or similar analytical field
  • Significant experience and expertise in client project management
  • Strong presentation skills and communication abilities
  • High degree of comfort with data and analytics, experience using analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS, Matlab, Tableau) a plus
  • Advanced fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail, effective organization and task management skills
