General Description:

Your job is to build, lead and grow a high performing team of customer success. You are a player-coach, who will lead key accounts with the largest brands and agencies in the U.S. from day one. Your measurements for success are client retention, satisfaction and growth. You are a proven leader and organized manager who enjoys structuring and growing high performing teams. 


  • Lead the Customer Success Team, manage process, people and key relationships
  • Interface with key accounts, enable them to create compelling insight from our data & platform 
  • Produce compelling insights, develop compelling story-lines from complex datasets for our agency & brand clients 
  • Develop external presentations, reports, dashboards for key client stakeholders 
  • ​Generate unique ideas and rally the troops to execute on them, delivering valuable insight to our internal and external teams
  • Train, coach and build a rockstar team of CS managers who achieve high customer satisfaction, renew and retain business
  • Create and iterate on the CS process, working with  leadership to shape the CS organization


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline from a top tier university
  • 5+ years of experience in ad-tech/agency/brand, 2+ years in leadership position focused on delivering, managing and retaining business 
  • Advanced fluency in PowerPoint, Excel and 1 other analytical tool (Tableau preferred)
  • Strong organization and project management skills. Keen attention to detail
  • Understanding of and interest in the changing landscape of Media 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technology in simple terms 
  • Experience in or interest in learning one of the following (Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, SQL)
